Mr. and Mrs. Donald F. Ferguson (Michele)
of Rexford, NY are pleased to announce the
engagement of their daughter, Marisa Elizabeth
Ferguson to Mr. Michael Paul Goddard of
Ballston Lake, NY who is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Goddard (Patty) of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The future bride is a graduate of Shenendehowa
High School and a 2010 graduate of Le
Moyne College (Syracuse) where she received
her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in
elementary and special education. She is currently
employed as Marketing/Admin. Asst. with
Northeast HVAC Solutions, Inc. (Clifton Park,
Her fiancé is a graduate of Moeller High
School and a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State
University (Columbus) where he received his
bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He is currently employed as a Nuclear Plant
Engineer with Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory
(West Milton, NY).
The couple are planning their wedding for
Andrea Micalizzi and John Ricciardelli were
married on July 13, 2012 in Elizabeth Park, West
Hartford, Connecticut, officiated by Pastor Denis
Meyer, of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Scotia,
NY. A wonderful reception followed at Pond
House Café with family and friends. The newlyweds
honeymooned in San Diego, California.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Dale
Ann Micalizzi of Rotterdam, NY. The groom
is the son of John and Debbie Ricciardelli of
Andrea is a graduate of Marist College of
Poughkeepsie and the University of New Haven,
CT, with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice
and Forensic Psychology. She is a Clinician for
NAFI Connecticut, Inc.
John is currently studying criminal justice
at Central Connecticut State University. John
joined the Marine Corps in 2002 and was stationed
in San Diego. He was deployed to Iraq in
2006 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Together, Andrea and John have a passion
for animal rescue and have adopted three spirited
puppies through their endeavors.
David and Kathleen (Ferrucci) Eldridge of
Broadalbin, NY, formerly of Rotterdam, NY
celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with
a surprise luncheon for family and friends at the
Turf Tavern in Scotia, NY., hosted by their children.
They were married April 29, 1962 at Our
Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Schenectady, NY.
They both graduated from the former Mt. Pleasant
High School and both are retired from New
York State Government. David is a graduate of
the Junior College of Albany and served in the
U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965. They both are
enjoying retirement by traveling most recently to
Italy for their 50th anniversary. They volunteer
as bartenders at Proctors Theater and enjoy
attending their grandchildren’s activities.
Their children are Suzanne and Dr. Nicholas
Punturieri of Newark, DE and Terri and Patrick
Blum of Niskayuna, NY. Their grandchildren are
Jenna and Luke Punturieri of Delaware and
Samantha and Zachary Blum of Niskayuna.
