Anthony "Skip" Scirocco (incumbent)
Party affiliation: Republican Party lines: Republican, Conservative.

Experience: He served as one of the city's representatives on the county Board of Supervisors and was first elected Public Works Commissioner in 2007. He has more than 40 years of service for the city of Saratoga Springs.

Bill McTygue

Party affiliation: Democrat

Party Lines: Democrat, Working Families and Independence.

Education/Experience: He is a civil engineer by training, with a degree from Hudson Valley Community College, and has worked for the city as Deputy Commissioner and then Director of Public Works. He also worked as the assistant civil engineer for the county for about 15 years and worked for about 17 years with the state.
