In the end, a powerful odd couple gave Scotia-Glenville the edge over Gloversville’s hot hand from the outside.
Jim Janson, a 6-foot-10 junior center, dominated inside with 27 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots, scoring four points in overtime to give the Tartans a wild 60-58 victory over Foothills Council rival Gloversville Tuesday night.
