A former school bus driver pleaded guilty today to charges he sexually abused three young boys and is expected to be sentenced to time in Saratoga County Jail, according to District Attorney James A. Murphy III.

Douglas Conrad, 35, of Saratoga Springs, admitted three counts of second-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor, this morning in City Court.

Murphy said a second investigation involving Conrad and abuse of young boys is continuing as a separate matter.

Murphy said police were alerted to the incidents when one of the boys confided in a family member. Murphy said all of the incidents occurred between April and December, either at the home of one of the victims or at Conrad’s residence.

Conrad is a former bus driver for the Saratoga Springs School District.
