An 18-year-old man faces an attempted murder charge for allegedly shooting at a man on Wednesday morning. Police said Julio A. Lewis of 949 State St. fired shots at a 23-year-old city man on Union Avenue at about 10:40 a.m. Lewis allegedly confronted the man over an incident the two were involved in nearly two months ago.
