Man charged in March stabbing at Schenectady bar

— A man has been charged with attempted murder in a March stabbing at a Congress Street bar.

Police said Sean Starks, 25, of Harvard Street, stabbed Johnny Miller three times in the upper body and once in the back during a fight at Frenchie's Tavern about 4:30 a.m. on March 22. Police said Miller was treated at Albany Medical Center and has recovered from his wounds.

Starks was charged today with second-degree attempted murder and was being held pending arraignment in City Court.
