A man was accused Tuesday night by city police of firing a shotgun at a group standing outside his house. Police said Robert Richburg, 31 of 58 Swinton St., fired one shot from a 16-gauge shotgun in the direction of a 12-year-old boy, an 18-year-old boy and girl and a 19-year-old girl about 8 p.m., police said, then got into his Jeep and drove off.
