Who are they trying to kid? Maybe in the county by the sheriffs there might be a ticket or two handed out but in the city of Schenectady there is no enforcement or very little about the cell phone use without hands feel. I doubt any tickets will be issued for texting.

This is a blowing in the wind legislation.
