A Waterford woman faces charges that she stole $95,553 from her employer by filing bogus college-reimbursement claims. Noelle Gigliotti, 39, of 3 Barley Court, was arrested by State Police in Clifton Park on second-degree grand larcency charges. Gigliotti is accused of stealing approximately $95,553 from National Grid, her former employer. Why are our bills so high, this reflects badly more on the integrity of her supervisors not being accountable for funding. The reason our bills are so high is the company is top heavy and unaccountable.
