Saratoga Springs library limits DVDs to a week

People who take DVDs out of Saratoga Springs Public Library will want to check the due date.
The library recently lowered its borrowing limit on DVDs, limiting borrowers from two weeks to one week. DVDs can be renewed twice as long as no one has placed a hold on them....
