After a slow start for most of the year, Starlight is burning bright all of a sudden. Starlight Partners, managed by Schenectady native Don Lucarelli and Jack Wolf of Saratoga Springs, won with two 2-year-old fillies in the last week at Belmont Park to keep the momentum going off Take the Points’ thrilling victory in the Grade I Secretariat at Arlington Park on Aug. 8....
