Schenectady man indicted in bank, Sunoco heists

The man accused of robbing the KeyBank branch in the Bellevue neighborhood last month and taking more than $1,300 in cash was indicted Tuesday by a Schenectady County grand jury. Dwayne D. Mallory, 32, of 506 Summit Ave., Apt. 1, was formally charged with one count of second-degree robbery in the March 7 heist at the bank on Broadway.
