Broadalbin-Perth school administrators OK 1-year wage freeze

Building administrators in the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District have agreed to freeze their salaries at 2011-12 levels for next school year but will receive raises totaling 10 percent over the remainder of a five-year contract announced Friday. The one-year freeze will save the district $16,375. The six-member unit will receive a 2.5 percent raise in each of years two through five of the contract.
