— A candlelight vigil will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Shenendehowa High School Athletic Stadium to honor the lives of the two students killed in a car crash Saturday night and to offer support for the two other students who were injured, the school announced today.

Seniors Chris Stewart and Deanna Rivers were killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday. State police have blamed the driver of the other vehicle for the crash, which also sent two other students to the hospital. Injured were Matt Hardy, 17, a Shenendehowa student, and Bailey Wind, 17, a Shaker High School student.

Meanwhile, the board of education meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed until Dec. 11 at 7p.m.
