— The outdoor pool of the Schenectady Jewish Community Center will be completely refi lled and operate on its normal schedule today, following two incidents of vandalism that included at least one broken light globe this week.

The pool, which is located at the William & Estelle Golub Family Pool & Tennis Club, had to be drained to remove all the glass. It will be open from noon until 7 p.m.

The first instance of vandalism was reported June 17, with chairs and other items discovered in the pool area, according to police. On Monday, chairs, sign pots and other garbage were thrown in the pool and a glass light globe also was found broken in the pool.

No arrests have been made in connection with either incident.
