New Michaels store to open in Amsterdam Commons

AMSTERDAM — A new Michaels store will open in the Amsterdam Commons shopping center on Sunday, May 20.
The Michaels chain is the nation's largest arts and crafts specialty retailer. The company is based in Irving, Taxas.
Amsterdam Commons is located at 4930 Route 30 Ste. 234.
The ribbon cutting will be held at 9:45 a.m., with the doors opening at 10 a.m. In addition, Michaels will be hosting a weeklong celebration with giveaways and many other prizes.
