Last August, Jim Zappone lost 160 cars in the lot of Zappone Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Granville and the showroom and shop were swamped with 4 feet of water from Tropical Storm Irene. In April, Jim Zappone bought the Route 9 property that was formerly Clifton Park Dodge World Chrysler Jeep and was in foreclosure. ..
