A woman was shot and critically wounded early Thursday inside 174 Spring St., police said. The victim was listed in critical condition following surgery at Albany Medical Center. Police have not released her name but said she is in her early 20s. Capt. John Sira of the Gloversville Police Department said the shooting occurred at 4:45 a.m. Thursday.
