46th District ballot count sped up by new order

Counting paper ballots in the tightly contested 46th state Senate District could be completed by early December as the result of new procedures ordered today. Montgomery County Supreme Court Judge Guy Tomlinson issued an order today that amends the process outlined last week, according to Schenectady County Board of Elections Democratic Commissioner Brian Quail.
