Convicted animal neglector accused of having more animals

A woman convicted of not providing enough food and water to horses at her farm is now accused of violating her probation by again housing horses there. One of the conditions of probation for Ann Arnold, 59, of 131 Wilton Road, was that she not own farm animals for the duration of her probation, but authorities said 17 horses were brought to Arnold's farm Monday.
