Vermont natural foods store set for move into Wilton Mall

Healthy Living Market and Cafe' owner Katy Lesser and family, held a press conference at it's new store location in the Wilton Mall to speak about the store's impact on the Saratoga community by hiring 150 employees in February 2013. The cafe will allow for dining in or taking out, and will feature a menu that includes vegetarian and vegan options. It will also offer organic, local and natural foods and products along with Healthy Living's Learning Center that will have cooking demonstrations, hands on cooking classes and community lectures that focus on wellness.

Construction workers are busy inside the former JC Penney space in the Wilton Mall, where a 35,000-square-foot Healthy Living Market and Cafe will open in early 2013. The market, which specializes in local, organic and natural groceries, is part of a family-owned business based in South Burlington, Vt.
