Did the editorial writer watch this week's debate?
Romney asked questions of Pres Obama which was against the rules.
He( and Paul Ryan) talked long beyond the allotted time every time they had the floor. Clearly a strategy.
Romney gave rebuttals when he already had his turn. When called on it by Candy Crowley he said I am going to make my comment anyway.
The President had to eventually behave the same to even the playing field.

Obama had almost 4 minutes more of speaking time than Romney throughout the whole debater, it was only at the end that Romney got a minute or so back. And there are no rules against asking questions and they were rhetorical anyhow. Obama is a liar and the worse President EVER!!!!!!
