A pair of youths appear to be behind recent tire slashings in Gloversville, according to police. Gloversville police interviewed two girls, ages 12 and 13, in an investigation of four vehicles that had their tires slashed early Saturday morning in the city’s southeast side. The girls were petitioned to Fulton County Family Court on four counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
