Man accused of driving drunk through Malta roundabout

State police said they found a drunken man on a mid-afternoon drive Wednesday with a mixed drink of vodka and orange juice in his car. Troopers said Roger A. Froude, 50, of Gansevoort, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.19 percent. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated because his blood-alcohol level was so high.
