Second person charged in Stillwater car theft

Police charged a second person today in the theft of a car that was then sold to a scrapyard. William B. Shafer, 26, of Stillwater, was charged with grand larceny, a felony. He stole a car and sold it to a scrap yard, police said. Police also charged Josette V. DeGeorge, 19, of Stillwater, with grand larceny in the case.
