Scotia smoke shop owner accused of selling cocaine

There was more than just tobacco being sold at Dabb City Smoke Shop, police said. They arrested smoke shop owner Donald Andrews on charges of selling cocaine at his store. Andrews, 24, of Schenectady, was charged with sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine, both felonies. The Scotia police and the county Sheriff’s Department executed a warrant at the store on Saturday afternoon.
