Company fined over oil spills in Glenmont

A Massachusetts environmental services company has paid an $85,000 penalty after acknowledging two oil spills at a transfer site in Glenmont, Albany County. The $85,000 payment was part of a consent order signed late last month between the state Department of Environmental Conservation and Clean Harbors Environmental Services of Norwell, Mass.
