Federal prosecutors will get another crack at former state Senate majority leader Joseph Bruno after the U.S. Court of Appeals denied his claim of double jeopardy Tuesday morning. The four-page order handed down by three justices from the Second Circuit found that the government was able to charge Bruno with the same two counts of honest services fraud under a bribery and kickback case. 83 or not, he committed a crime, he needs to be held accountable just as any other person in the State Of New York would be. If not, it will be business as usual in Albany.

Here's a perfect example of what can happen when voters reject term limits. And now some think this is so terrible. What do they expect? Why didn't they think about this when they kept voting for him? He did beat New Yorkers. And then they keep voting for the same morons in Washington every 2 or 6 years also.
