River Stone Manor co-owner accuses partner of mismanagement

A co-owner of the scenic River Stone Manor in Glenville has accused his business partner of fraud, negligence, breach of contract and much more in a 27-page summons filed Monday in state Supreme Court, Schenectady County. I've hosted and attended several events at Riverstone Manor and have never been disappointed. The owner, Skip is an extremely friendly person and very hands on with everything that goes on there. I see him serving food, tending bar and even clearing plates to make things run more smoothly. I didn't know the other guy even existed. He also seems to be very respectful to his employees. I know people that have worked for him and have never heard of him being any worse than any other boss trying to run a very demanding business. Sounds like a little bit more to the story than Mr. Monteparo is saying....
