Louie, the reason politicians (Democrats) like Cuomo can get away with what they do is based solely on two factors. One, the vast majority of Democrat voters are ignorant. They don't think about, know about or care about the issues. Two, those very same voters vote for the handout. The few that think they know the issues rail against news outlets like Fox while they watch NBC. It doesn't matter how many times NBC and the other Liberal outlets get caught doctoring the news, they watch to be indoctrinated. The unions are all aghast at their newly discovered cost of Obamacare and many more over the Democrats gun grab. Well too little to late. They believed the rubbish handed them and because of their ignorance we're all in trouble, Now the attack is being expanded to the entire Constitution
