Another coffee shop is opening in downtown Saratoga Springs today, bringing the total to at least four dedicated coffee places in the Broadway vicinity, plus one bustling outlier on West Avenue. Schenectady has a coffeehouse too! Taxpayer supported at Proctor's that pays no property taxes. Saratoga doesn't need to slam regressive County sales taxes on all it's residents to prosper.
