Debilitatingly witless, “Identity Thief” strands Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman on the shoulder of its own road-trip premise, an artificial construct reminiscent of “Due Date.” Remember “Due Date,” that sour thing with Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis?
