A Level 3 sex offender accused of subjecting a 91-year-old woman to sexual contact admitted to the crime Wednesday in exchange for four years in state prison, Albany County District Attorney’s officials said. Richard Ragone, 64, of Colonie, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony.
