Schenectady man sentenced on weapons charge

A Schenectady man received 21⁄2 years in state prison for possessing a stolen gun, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday. Marvin Sanchez, 27, was sentenced Tuesday morning before Judge Joseph Teresi in Albany County Court, and received an additional three years of post release supervision.
