A patrolman with the Colonie Police Department has been charged with assault after allegedly knocking out another man’s teeth during a bar fight in Lake George last August. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert M. Willey this week following an investigation involving a brawl that occurred in King Neptune’s Bar in Lake George village. Colonie Police Chief Steven Heider said Friday that Willey has been suspended for 30 days without pay, pending the resolution ...

What is it with these cops these days? Several have been arrested for DWI lately. An officer from WNY was arrested for killing his son. A Plattsburgh state trooper arrested for 2 cases of rape. A local sheriff's deputy arrested for destroying property, and now a police officer arrested for assault. Do they realize they are not above the law. To make matters worse, once they are convicted of some of these less serious crimes, they manage to stay on the force.

cracker, We don't know the whole story and police work a very stressful job. Again, you assume he is guilty, I assume he is innocent until proven guilty.
