Minden firefighters’ practice burn costs $1,000 in DEC fine

Minden firefighters will look a little harder at state regulations before setting their next practice blaze. I sure hope if that DEC officer ever has need for a fire department that he is more than grateful that they don't charge for their services by sending the fire department a nice donation.
