Credit the state Department of Education for funding the brand new 2013 Chevy Tahoe purchased by the Schenectady County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The department’s protracted legal battle with the SPCA resulted in the state Court of Appeals awarding $50,045 to the Colonie-based law firm of Tully Rinckey in April 2012. A truck? How about using the money to help foster animals. What a waste of money and what a joke these guys are.

Seems like Tully Rinckey just building an 'arsenal' rather than helping animals. Comments about 'volunteer law enforcement officers' sounds ominous. Are they just positioning themselves to morph into some kind of militia. Too bad settlement didn't stipulate how funds could be used.
