Homeless man facing charges in Cobleskill

A homeless man is facing a felony burglary charge. Justin Witt, 26, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary and petty larceny, according to the Cobleskill Police Department. Details on the allegations were not provided. Witt was arraigned in Town Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
