A former Troy police officer has pleaded guilty to sending sexually explicit material over the Internet to an undercover New York City cop. Queens County District Attorney Richard Brown says 53-year-old former Sgt. Patrick Rosney of Rensselaer pleaded guilty today to first-degree attempted dissemination of indecent material to a minor.
