Hearings slated on National Grid rate change

A series of hearings will be held next week for the public to comment on a National Grid proposal to change its gas and electric charges.

The New York State Public Service Commission announced Thursday it would hold the hearings on the three-year rate plan, which was first proposed in April 2012.
