Lily Grenci scored a career-high 30 points to lead Siena past Saint Peter’s on Thursday, 75-60. The senior captain scored 20 of her points in the first half to help the Saints (2-3 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, 6-10 overall) to a 36-29 lead at the break.
