Princetown officials are legally contesting an unemployment claim Town Justice Michelle Van Woeart filed after the town removed her from a clerk’s position she held in her own court. The justice position is part-time probably one day per week, at the most 2. Unemployment is based on a 4 day week. As I understand it, partial benefits are possible, it would not be full.
