— A Stewart's Shops district manager was arrested on four felony counts after police said she charged $3,500 on a company credit card for her own use.

Lisa Congdon, 44, of Mechanicville was arrested Tuesday after Stewart's Shops Corporation security personnel filed a complaint, state police said.

She was charged with one count of third-degree grand larceny and three counts of falsifying business records, all felonies. She also faces three counts of misdemeanor forgery.

Congdon was a Stewart's employee for nearly 20 years, police said, and was district manager for the greater Kingston area.

Police said she charged personal items in more than 25 separate transactions between February 2011 and the beginning of this year, totalling over $3,500.

She was arraigned in Malta Town Court and released on $5,000 bond.
