Gun group to challenge new state restrictions

A gun owners’ group filed notice today that it intends to sue New York state to strike down the state’s restrictive gun law passed two weeks ago. The New York Rifle & Pistol Association said the new law violates the constitutional right to bear arms and privacy rights. So what is the new state threshold for a person to be too unstable to handle a gun...Lexapro...Xanax...Advil? Beware NYer's tyranny is upon us and it's under the masquerade of safety for the common law abiding citizen.
