Crossing owner buys land to expand plaza near Northway Exit 9

The Equinox Companies of Albany has purchased nine acres of land near the Target store in the Crossing shopping center for $2.8 million from Kenroe Holding LLC, company officials said. Tyler King of Equinox Companies said the parcel is off Sitterly Road and includes one current tenant, Nortrax Equipment Co., a John Deere dealership.
