Former car dealership worker in Halfmoon accused of forgery

A former employee of a Route 9 car dealership was charged with forging the business owner’s signature to cash a check. Scott J. Winslow, age not provided, of Hudson Falls took a business check from Mackey Automotive on June 21 and cashed it at a Halfmoon financial institution, state police said. Winslow was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Police did not say how much the check was made out for. ...
