Broadalbin man charged with drunken boating on Sacandaga
BROADALBIN A Broadalbin man was arrested Friday after police say he was boating on the Great Sacandaga Lake while intoxicated.
The state police Marine Patrol and state Department of Environmental Conservation police charged 32-year-old Joshua L. Rigo with operating a vessel while intoxicated and operating an unregistered vessel, according to a news release today.
He submitted to a breath test that found his blood-alcohol content to be 0.11 percent, according to the release.
Rigo was released on tickets to appear in Mayfield Town Court on July 23.
