The town Planning Board has approved a controversial 17-lot subdivision on land just north of the Clifton Park town line, despite opposition from some residents in the Country Knolls subdivision. The Maple Forest project was approved with an entrance from Longkill Road and a second entrance linking it to Alpine Pass, a dead-end street in Country Knolls.
