The Malta Town Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, Aug. 19, to vote on zoning changes for a possible second GlobalFoundries computer chip plant in the Luther Forest Technology Campus. The board last week laid out a schedule under which it would accept environmental impact statement findings on July 29, then on Aug. 19 hold a public hearing and take a final vote on whether to change zoning to encourage the new plant. ...
