Malta board plans Aug. 19 hearing, vote on GloFo zoning

The Malta Town Board will hold a special meeting on Monday, Aug. 19, to vote on zoning changes for a possible second GlobalFoundries computer chip plant in the Luther Forest Technology Campus.
