Sarah Harris:

"Perhaps Sheldon Silver, speaker of the state Assembly, could find another $103,000 of taxpayer money to help the health clinic?"

Or perhaps Schenectady can take the $130,000 that they were going to spend on new, more restrictive parking meters in order to milk us COMPLETELY dry, and spend THAT on the clinic?

The entire state shouldn't have to pay for Schenectady's incompetence.
